Job Description
Futebol dá força Foundation is an international foundation empowering football coaches to catalyse girls' equal rights and opportunities, in order for all girls to shape their own future. Futebol dá força empowers coaches with an evidence-based methodology to lead behaviour change in local communities and create safe spaces in football teams to empower girls' leadership, physical and mental health and sexual and reproductive health and rights. For certified coaches to be able to apply Futebol dá força methodology in practice, we provide an on-demand support structure and peer support through coaches' networks at local, regional, national and international levels.

To further support our coaches, we are developing educational and support materials, designed to help coaches apply FDF methodology on the field, and allow coaches to facilitate conversations relating to topics concerning girls' physical and mental health and sexual and reproductive health and rights, in a way that empowers girls with self-esteem and agency around these issues, so that girls ultimately can shape their own future and live healthy lives.

To develop educational materials, available in multiple languages and formats, tailored to specific age groups and cultural contexts, we are now looking for a dynamic Content Creator to join our team.

The Content Creator will be responsible for the development of relevant and impactful educational content, in various formats (such as articles, infographics, videos, in both long and short form) and through various means of communication (digital and offline), that supports coaches to effectively empower girls on the ground, informed by a thorough understanding of Futebol dá força coaches' needs at grassroots level. All educational material should at all times be evidence-based, and the role therefore requires research and revision of specific health-related topics.

The Content Creator will also be responsible to develop and publish educational material, best practices and stories from grassroots operations in Futebol dá força's social media channels and website, as well as in internal and external reporting, including supporting Futebol dá força's operational team in data collection and analysis. The Content Creator will manage Futebol dá força's social media channels and website, and be responsible for optimising performance and generating traffic.

The Content Creator will be reporting directly to our COO, and will be part of our global team working fully remote. We are looking for a creative and curious individual that can work with us to identify and solve problems in unexpected ways, and ensure that we best serve Futebol dá força certified coaches on football fields all over the world tailored to their needs and contexts.
